Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would recommend taking a muscle relaxant like Flexeril, concomitantly with Naproxen (a painkiller) for the pain.

If this does not help, I would recommend taking tramadol for the pain. It is also important checking vitamin D and calcium plasma levels for possible deficiency.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
