Suggest Remedy For Oesophagus Spams

I am 29 and have been diagonosed with oesophagus spasm for at least 3 months now. I have just found out recently that I am pregnant. There is this sharp pain between my breasts and I can't sleep well at night because of it, which medication can I take and is it ever going to go away, for good?
