Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Throat, ear Pain And Stomach Ache With Nausea

24. Female. 5 2 154lbs. Hello. I ve been diagnosed with IBS so I am very used to digestion issues on a fairly daily basis. The problem is, I ve had 1 month of straight constipation, followed by nearly 2 months of diarrhea. I ve tried changing my diet and making sure I get enough exercise. I went to the doctor and they prescribed me Ciprofloxacin and Dicyclomine. It didn t seem to help and I started to have difficulty breathing intermittently so I stopped taking the last of the pills. I thought the medication was causing my difficulty breathing but its been over a week since I stopped the medication and I still have moments where my throat feels like its numb and I can t breath properly. On top of this, my ears have been aching for some reason. Every day my stomach hurts constantly and I get waves of nausea. Now I ve been taking probiotics for the past 4 days and I m not sure if it s doing any good. I m almost positive its not an allergic reaction of any sort and I have not been stressed any more than the daily routine. I m not sure what to do now. Any ideas on what this could be and the next steps I should take? I intend to go in for another doctor s visit this week to see if they can figure out anything else.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Differential diagnosis in your case would be gastritis, esophagitis probably drug induced.Such case can also have throat symptoms and referred pain in ear.An ent examination is helpful to reach a diagnosis at this point.
