Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Finger After Injury

Hello. Last week, I smashed my left middle finger in a door. It bled like a stuck hog for about 10 minutes and only hurt for about 5 minutes. Since then, I ve just had an electric numbness where the nail is. It doesn t hurt to push on it or anything, within the last day or two, the top 3/5 of the nail has come off of the nail bed. The nail is completely in tact. It s still connected pretty well, too, but I ve noticed an awful odor coming from that nail. Sort of like an open grave. I will preface by saying that I don t have insurance, so Going to the doctor is pretty darn out of the question. I was just wondering if I should try to remove the nail myself, super glue the nail back to the nail bed, or just ride this one out. Thanks for any feedback.
