Suggest Remedy For Numbness And Cold Sensation In Toes

My toes feel like I have rubber bands on them. They are freezing cold. They hurt on the bottoms when I walk on them. This is an issue with both feet. It is the toes next to my big toes , the next toe that seems to be affected. The walking on the bottom of my feet issue has been going on about a year. The rubber band thing about two weeks.

Hi.

You will have to first visit a physician, who will then decide whether or not you need to be directed to a vascular specialist. But initial management should include medications to help improve circulation of blood, vitamin B complex, weight loss, better diet, exercise, etc.

Once these things have been addressed we can assume other causes, but for now I think your problem lies in one of the above.

Best wishes.
