Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Back ache during pregnancy is very common due to increased weight of uterus which puts stress on lower spine. But since you are carrying baby not much drugs can be given to you as it may affect your baby. Also colitis limits usage of painkillers. So improve your gait and try to put less stress on your back. try local measures such as diclofenac gel application and hot water fomentation. Wait till your child is delivered and your pain will automatically go away.
