Suggest Remedy For Non Healing Wound On Index Finger With White Pus Formation Inside It

Hello Doctor since 3 weeks I have a wound on my index finger that won t heal. Applied soframycin & bandage but everyday as soon as i remove the bandage (stuck to the wound) Blood starts oozing out for several minutes. As from 4days ago I have started to keep the wound open. Now there s a white puss formation deep down & a blood clot on top. Please help

hello there,
If there is formation of white pus under your wound it is possible it may have become an abscess and would not heal on its own. It would require a course of antibiotics and would need to be drained by a surgeon. Also if you have a non healing wound kindly get your blood checked for CBC(Complete blood count) and both fasting and post prandial blood glucose. I would like to rule out any underlying conditions that contribute to any non healing conditions.
