Suggest Remedy For Nausea, Stabbing Feeling In Stomach And Frequent, Watery Bowels

Hello, my girlfriend is experiencing a feeling of nausea and a stabbing feeling in her stomache, she has gone poop 11 times today, it is 3:00 PM where I am, and she woke up around 10AM. Nothing is coming out anymore just water. Whats wrong does she need to go to er? She has always had a very minor degree of lactose intolerance and ate a cheese quesidilla with sourcream on it yesterday, is it possible that her intolerance has gotten worse?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that this problem can be due to lactose intolerence but fact is that she might be having dehydration producing complication.
What ever the cause, she should go to ER for urgent treatment for loose motions and dehydration if there.
She might require IV fluids and medicines as well.
Meanwhile give her plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquid.
Ok and take care.
