Suggest Remedy For Multiple Painful Ulcers In Mouth While Having Tonsillitis

I currently have tonsillitis which was kinda unbearable it is now on the mend but as the tonsils are mending my mouth is developing ulcer after ulcer. I currently have 12 ulcers in my mouth and they have overtaken my tonsils on the pain scale. Is it normal to get ulcers whilst having tonsillitis or have I got something else to worry about?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The ulcers in the mouth could be because of aphthous stomatitis that occurs most often secondary to stress. It can also occur secondary to herpes virus infection. Consult a oral physician and get it evaluated.
If it is herpetic ulcer, you can take topical anesthetic and analgesics like anabel gel. apply 3-4 times daily before food.
If it is aphthous ulcer you can take topical anesthetic and analgesics like lignocaine and choline salicylate gel (anabel gel) and topical steroid like triamcinolone acetonide.
Do saline gargling. If the lesion does not heal in 5-7 days then consult a oral physician and get it examined.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
