Suggest Remedy For Mild Back Pain With Nausea

I started feeling "bad" Monday - nauseous with mild pain in my lower back. I started my period that evening and the feelings haven't gone away. I became so nauseous last night that I vomited- that has not continued. In the 34years of having monthly periods have not experienced these symptoms before-is this normal?

Dear patient yes this can occur during period. For nausea please try vomex and for pain is for example naproxen helpful in cases like yours. Best regards
