Why don t you tell people how to REALLY get rid of migrains? Get the book Pain Free by Pete Egoscue. A simple exercise or two and GONE! As for attention deficit, just let the kids be kids--run around getting real exercise instead of telling kids to sit still. That is not the way they are made!

I went through the history and it seems you are having migraine. Migraine needs to be treated by the use of prophylactic drugs like Flunarizine or Beta blockers like Propranolol. Along with this medical treatment, foods, weather and other things which precipitate the attack of migraine needs to be avoided. The acute attacks of migraine needs to be treated by the use of Ergot alkaloids or by string analgesic drugs.
