Hello,

I can understand your concern. I understand you have migraine headaches and suffer from them from time to time, but it seems that you are dealing with an decayed tooth or infection in the oral cavity that is causing you pain along the jaw line along with ear and temple ache. In addition, migraine medicines not helping gives a sign that this pain might be due to some other disorder.

I would advise you to visit a dentist for examination of the oral cavity. If decayed tooth is present, its treatment with root canal treatment or extraction will relieve the pain. If third molar or wisdom tooth would be impacted, its removal will give you relief in pain.

If the dentist clears you of any infection in the oral cavity, then you should see a physician or a neurologist for changes in medicines or its doses regarding migraine.

I hope this answer helps you well. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you feel better soon.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
