Suggest Remedy For Lumps On The Head

Hi, I had a fall the other day and smashed my head on the corner of the door. I went to the hospital and they discharged me after 4 hrs. Now my lump on my head appears to have a small amount of fluid in it.. Still sore but ok. Do I need to be concerned
