Hello, Welcome to HCM. The buttock and genital area are prone to develop this kind of abscess due to high density of sweat and sebaceous glands along with hair. You should apply antibiotic cream like betadine locally and some analgesics like paracetamol along with ibuprofen. both are available over the counter. Wait and watch for a few days. They should form a tip and drain by themselves. If you observe rapid increase in size or pain or develop fever than you should consult GP. Otherwise it should resolve in a few days.
