The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is Acne vulgaris .It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like clindamycin over the affected area. Topical benzoyl proxide can also be used at night. Avoid fiddling with the lesion.Short course of oral antibiotic like doxycycline may also help. For severe acne Isotretinoin can also be used. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
