Suggest Remedy For Lower Abdominal Pain With Sores

I am having sharp pens in the lower left abdomen (In front) when rising from a seated position.Some days it is also sore on the posterior side, though not today It is otherwise sore. I was in my car five weeks ago when it was rear-ended (low-speed) – went to emergency room at the time. The pain started a week ago.
