Suggest Remedy For Low Blood Pressure

My blood pressure is 78/48. I have been diagnosed with a sinus infection. The PA who diagnosed me said not to worry about the BP if I don't faint when I stand up. My wife talked to coworkers and she is now worried that it's too low. What do you think?
