Suggest Remedy For Low Blood Count In A Diabetic Person

I have Type 2 Diabetes and in the past 18 months I have had a heart attack, a stroke, a miscarriage and most recently have been diagnosed with CKD or CRF. My kidney function is at about 20-24%. The stroke was in the right half of my brain so my left side is affected. It is much weaker than my right and responds slowly. I feel tired every day and emotionally depressed. There is swelling on my left extremities including lower leg and ankles and feet and loer arm and hand. My left shoulder also has pain and I cannot raise my arm above shoulder height. I have low blood cell count and although taking teo iron supplement pills each night I am still lacking in energy and strength. hrlp!!
