Suggest Remedy For Loose Stools, Gas And Growling Tummy

hello there, i am living in india but from uk. a few weeks ago i ate food outside home and got bad tummy pains that nigth and then next day diarohhea. it lasted for about a day, thereafter ive had semi-solid or diarohhea, so much lower tummy growling even whilst im still eating and gas. ive no pain just embarrasing and obviously no solid stools for a few weeks. Over years ive been living here ive had quite a few tummy bugs whilst ive been in india and have taken medicince for alot of ailments in india, which may have weakend my tummy so im not taking any medicine now. i am also lactose tolerant. im now avoiding any dairy and also trying to eat a bland diet. but seems my tummy still no settling. im drinking electrolyte

thanks for your query
As you have rightly done you have stopped all diary products
do not eat food from outside .It is just processed food with toxic ingredients , color and flavoring agents .
please cook your own food While travelling use only steamed food
take a probiotic daily
Avoid gluten foods like wheat ,breads etc They are the cause of leaky gut just like the diary
the wheat you get now is hybrid wheat which has lot of dangers including causing diabetes .
Dont drink alcohol , no smoking and no soft drinks including your electrolytes
reduce intake of grains and use only after soaking for 12hrs and after pressure cooking
try no oil cooking because most of the current oils are industrial oils and refined ones noyt fit for consumption .It has only calories but no nutrients.
you probably have a condition called leaky gut which needs to be addressed by a Gastroenterologist or a functional medicine doctor
