Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query for your son in details .

* This seems in relation with intolerance to certain food stuffs with or
without underlying IBS .

* While primary relief with GI antibiotics and pro biotics as lacto
bacillus can be obtained , I recommend for proper case
evaluation with your family doctor for final diagnosis and precise
management .

Wishing him fine recovery .
Feel free to ask any further queries .

Regards .
I find this answer helpful
