Suggest Remedy For Knee Pain After Knee Replacement Surgery
I HAD A KNEE REPLACEMENT ABOUT 7 YEARS AGO. jUST 3 WEEKS AGO i HAD SUDDEN PAIN AND COULD NOT WALK - MY KNEE WAS DRAINED OF A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF BLOOD AND THE PAIN LEFT. TWO WEKS AFTER THE PAIN HIT AGAIN AND AGAIN i COULD NOT WALK. eNDED IN EMERGENCY WHERE BLOOD WAS AGAIN DRAINED FROM KNEE. ALTHOUGH I CAN WALK (LIMP) AND IT IS VERY SORE I HAVEN T RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION WHY THIS SHOULD HAPPEN. SINCE BOTH TIMES I HAD NO WARNING AND WAS FORTUNATE SOMEONE WAS AROUND TO HELP ME MOVE I AM AFRAID OF HAVING THIS HAPPEN WHEN I AM ALONE AND CANNOT MOVE.

wear knee supports apply ice pack for 10mins and do knee isometrics: lie on your back put a roll towel under your knees and press the towel with the help of knee hold for 10 counts and relax and repeat 10 times and do 3 sets. put the roll towel between your knees and press gently hold for 10 counts repeat 10 times and do 3 sets. next exercise is gluteal isometrics: squeeze your buttocks hold for 10 counts and relax and repeat for 8 times. do ankle-toe movements rhythmically for 8-10 times. when pain subsides start doing knee strengthening exercises as well and walk. maintain body weight and have good diet
