Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
You seem to have atopic eczema/ atopic dermatitis in crack of your buttock.
Eczema is recurring skin rashes ,characterized by redness, skin edema (swelling), itching and dryness, crusting, flaking, blistering, cracking, oozing etc.
A corticosteroid ointments, creams or lotions e.g .clobetasol application will help.
It will reduce the chronic inflammation. Once the lesion has healed up .keep the skin moisturized to prevent its recurrences.

Regards
