Suggest Remedy For Itchy Scalp And Severe Hair Fall
Hello Dr. In 2012 I started medication for severe Hairfall n took it for 2 yrs. As soon as I started the medicine I could feel the difference.Then after two yrs of different medicines from the same Dr the medicine lost its effectiveness. Now it s been two years since I ve stopped the medicines and I am facing the same problem since two yrs. My hair falls at an alarming rate. There are strands of hair wherever I sit. I also have itching mostly at the base of my head. I have just started homeopathic medicine for the same. Pls help if I can take anything along with homeopathy

Yes wash your head with 20% Cetrimide or cetavelon hair wash Twice consequently. Protect eyes by closing while washing.
After that apply Tinaderm ( tolnaftate) lotion at roots of hair and any bald pathes on head.
Do for two to four weeks. Cetrimide/ cetavelon wash will suffice twice a week and then once a week.
