I get itchy welt like bumps, mostly on my forehead, sometimes on my cheeks that itch and come and go sometimes within hours, sometimes within days. HAd a food diary and can t pinpoint anything there except alcohol seems to worsen symptoms. I use the most mild skin products and an active topical D to calm the skin. Any ideas where this is stemming? I do take Gabapentin, Doxipen for pain and sleep. I am so frustrated because I work in the cosmetic industry and having bumpy, red skin doesn t help me in the industry.
