Hello, please a brother of mine had an unprotected sex and after sometime he feels itchy in his penis...there is no discharge of any fluid but itching in his penis and the itching stops and the itching comes again and it stops and the comes again...he s taking ciprotob, 1000mg..yesterday evening and this morning...

If it is unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. You need to complete sexually transmitted infection test for being sure. If not, it can be due to bacterial / fungal infection. Local application of antibiotics / anti-fungal can help you.
