Hi, I am 26yrs old from India, I got some itches at my groin area, mostly by the sides of my testicle to inner thigh. Sometimes the area itches too much and it leave white flakes like dandruff when I itches the area. Moreover the area is darkened due to that problem...Kindly help...

Thank you for query.It appears it may be due to fungal infection. Please keep area clean and dry.use loose cotton or non irritant innerwear. Use topical antifungals .you can use antifungal dusting powder to keep area dry.
