Suggest Remedy For Itchy Bumps On Either Side Of Mouth Along With Swollen Bottom Lip

In the past 3 months I ve had swelling on my face. First, it was bumps on either side of my mouth - round, hard under the surface, slightly itchy - 3 different times. Next, I woke in the night with a swollen tongue - scary. Then, I awoke with my bottom lip twice its normal size. All happened in the night and got better after I woke up and got on with the day.

As per your complain and explanation of symptoms there is a clear cut indication that you are having allergic reaction to any unknown allergen that you are exposed to leading to the symptoms of swollen face, lips, tongue and itchy bumps..
The swollen bottom lip is ANGIOEDEMA of the lip and it is most probably allergic in origin..
You should consult an Allergist and get evaluated and you can be advised allergic tests like Patch test, RAST test, food challenge test etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
The tests will help in ruling out the exact cause of the allergen and once you know the cause of the allergic reaction you can avoid exposure to it to prevent allergy attack..

In case of allergic reaction you can be advised to take anti allergics like Levocetrizine, Allegra etc ..
Do cool compresses over lips..
Once the allergen is ruled out avoiding exposure to the alergen can relieve the allergy symptoms..
