Suggest Remedy For Itchy Bruises Due To Bee Stings

I was stung about 6 hours ago. I did not have any itching. The sting was worse than others in the past and now my hand is swelling. I am using ice and it is helping. My hand feels like it was slammed against something and bruised. Is that typical of bee stings?

You can take LEVOCETEIZINE at the dose of 5mg twice daily, if not controlled by this then you may consider taking short course of steroids..
