Suggest Remedy For Indigestion Due To Drinking Unrefrigerated Milk

Hi, I just drank some Evan Williams Egg Nog about an hour ago. I foolishly was unaware that it contained real milk and eggs and it had not been refrigerated for around 48 hours after having been opened prior to tonight. I now feel what feels like really bad indigestion and I don t know how concerned I need to be about this. Could you please advise? Thank you.

According to Your description The Evan Williams Egg Nog which u drunk was possibly contaminated , and your symptoms are most probably related to food poisoning
Mild case Food poisoning often improves without treatment within 48 hours
you should Let your stomach settle (Stop eating and drinking for a few hours ) ,Try sucking on ice chips or taking small sips of water.
make sure You're getting enough fluid when you're urinating normally and your urine is clear and not dark.
Gradually begin to eat easy-to-digest foods, such as soda crackers, toast, gelatin, bananas and rice. Stop eating if your nausea returns.
Avoid certain foods and substances until you're feeling better. These include dairy products, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, and fatty foods ,
Along with these Do proper Rest.

If Your symptoms do not subside within 24-48 Hours then please contract your doctor to get it evaluated , you may need antibiotics and IV Fluids in severe case
