Welcome to healthcare magic. Ciplactin can be used as appetite stimulant. You can use for some time but you should immediately stop Dexona. The best way to gain weight is exercise and balanced diet. You should take 4-5 meals. Increase intake of ghee, dry fruits, butter , cheese. Exercise should be both aerobic( swimming/ cycling etc) and weight training. Protein intake should be minimum 1 gm/ kg. Paneer, cheese, fish, chicken, eggs, meat, lentils, pulses are goof source of proteins.
