Suggest Remedy For Hypothyroidism

Hi, I am Sajia, recently I have found that I am hypothyroidism patient....I really need to know what I should do...I had a miscarriage 8 months ago because of hormonal problem, I really wants to take a baby as soon as possible. Please help me out with a good advice. Also need to know about appropriate diet chart. Thanks in advance!!

Hello and thank you for asking!
i can understand your concern.
You should start treatment with levothyroxine assap if the under active thyroid or hypothyroidism is confirmed.
The dose depend on the TSH level.
You should not plan a pregnancy until you get sure that the thyroid hormones are within the normal ranges, otherwise the risk for infertility, miscarriage or baby anomalies are high.
