General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern esepcially while it is affecting your daily life. Regarding to your symptoms you suffer from hyperthyroidism, which means that your thyroid gland is hyperactive. There is a remedy for this condition, but at first you have to test the level of your hormones and make ultrasound of your gland to see what medication you have to take and in what dose.
So, after these examinations and after starting with the therapy your symptoms will be better.

I hope this answer was helpful to you.
