I am shalini,31yr old,unmarried girl.I am suffering from hyperacidity.continuous gas formation takes place,I cannot sit after taking lunch,dinner,not able to study after taking meal,not able to go outside for more than 3-4hours.If i do all these.it will result into severe headace and vomiting or started to come gas from mouth.i cannot eat any type of spicy,oily food at all.Whatever precautions i take ,it will continue.I have taken ayurvadic medicine for two months,then consulted a gastroentrologists at Stephens hospital,Delhi.He has given minor medicines with lot of precautions like little frequent meals,liquid intake not more than 150 ml,sleeping after 2 hours of taking lunch,dinner,incline sleeping posture ,avoid spicy and oily food.But it didnot work.I have taken prescribed medicine for one month,.he has suggested me for migrain .yet i havnot done it.please tell me what is all this and what should i do?
