Hello DoctorMy name is k.p mukherjee (male) 178 cm . I am located at bharuch-India. My age is 42 years. Before 5 years I was a person having 64 kg. . . . My sugar level first time diagnose was 230 PP. t . My diabetic is type 2 - I am taking medicine GEMER-P2 morning 1 . Due to this now my sugar level is 350

Hello sir thanx for using hcm,
You need to follow a low carbohydrate diet.
Consume whole grains rather than refined cereals.Limit your quantitiy to right portion. consume small meals rather than 3 big meals.
Avoid juices, simple sugars, sweets, cakes, muffins .
Include plenty of vegetable salads in your meals.Consume healthy sources of proteins in each meal like skinless chicken, lean meats, fish , egg, beans ,as it stabilizes blood sugars and reduce appetite too.
