Suggest Remedy For High Fever, Headache And Reddish Rash On Arms And Trunk

My granddaughter has fever not sure how high as I dropped the thermometer. I know from experience it was and is at least 102. She also has a rash of tiny red dots. Some in clusters on her arms and hands and more dispersed dots on her torso. She has decreased appetite and complained earlier of headache and aches in her knees. That seems better. I gave her children s medicine for fever.

Reddish rash on whole body on a child with fever may be due to Measles. It is a viral disrase it is a self limiting disease it will cure it self naturually?Just give her peracetamol 250mg sos cld sponging if high fever.Antibiotics used only if secondary infection complicatrs.
