Suggest Remedy For High Blood Pressure

I have a herniated disc can it cause me to leak urine when i don't know it ? And can the pain from it cause my blood pressure to go up ? i am on meds for my pressure but they only work for a short time. On meds my pressure is still at times in 180/106..
