Suggest Remedy For High Blood Pressure

I wanted to give blood a couple of days ago and they said my pressure was too high, it was 124/104 I had it taken again about 3:00pm today it was 156/86 and now it is 168/96. What could be up? I am 48 year old female with no history of high blood pressure. my last physical was in February and I don't smoke, drink or do drugs.

DEAR USER,
THANKS FOR CONSULTING WITH HCM

YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE APPEARS TO BE SLIGHTLY INCREASED ABOVE NORMAL

I SUGGEST YO TO
1) DECREASE YOUR SALT INTAKE
2) REGULAR 20 MIN OF BRISK WALKING
3) AVOID OILY FOOD

REPEAT YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE CHECK UPO AND IF IT IS STILL HIGH YOU CAN CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN SO THAT YOU ARE STARTED ON AN ANTIHYPERTENSIVE TABLET.

HOPE I ANSWERED YOUR QUERY. YOU CAN MESSAGE ME FOR ANY FURTHER CONCERNS
