I have had a right supraclavicular node for 1 year. Increased constipation and left lower abdominal discomfort. The past 6 months I have noticed dyspnea and bounding in chest with exertion. As simple as climbing a few flights of stairs. When this happens I feel some sensation in the sternal region almost like fluid in my chest. I listened toy heart during the episode and noted a loud murmer. I have had a murmer sine 18 years old that was diagnosed as mitral valve prolapse. My Bp has been slightly elevated the past year with increased readings the past couple months and was started on a diuretic. I m ultimately concerned that there is and underlying cancer causing all symtoms. Should this be of any concern??
