Suggest Remedy For Headaches After Injury

I fell down the stairs yesterday. I hit my head going down and it hurt at the time but I felt okay. Its the next day and my head hurts way worse like a monster headache and it keeps pounding/throbbing so I guess now I m a little concerned. Any suggestions?

thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com.....

first i have a few questions-
how old are you?
do you have hypertension or any other co morbidities?
following the fall, did you lose consciousness, even transiently?
do have have nausea or vomiting?
are you feeling drowsy?

answer me the above and i can tell you further....
for now,
get a NON CONTRAST CT SCAN BRAIN done and the report checked by a NEUROLOGIST
take tab paracetamol 650 1 tab SOS

hope this was useful....
