Suggest Remedy For Headaches After Injury

Hi , I am 20 years old. I was playing with my brother and he pushed me , i had socks on and slipped but tried to grab something to break my fall. i grabbed the nearest wooden dining chair and it fell with me hitting me REALLY hard on the right side of my head just a couple inches above my temple. I had NO MAJOR sysmptoms at all just have a bump that is sore and hurts when i chew or open my Jaw too wide. Its now 2 days later and i started to develop slight headache nothing too crazy. Should I be worried , is this a serious head injury ? Please help.

No need to worry for this headache.

I suggest Paracetamol 500 mg SOS (whenever required) with regular follow up of my patient for headache with this type of history.

Also take care of your sore .
