Hi M Ravneet kaur,
I understand your concern. You are apparently suffering from headache and unilateral retro-orbital pain. This is very classical of 'Migraine' headache, which is a type of primary headache.MRI brain coming normal rules out secondary causes of headache, thus supporting that your diagnosis is 'Primary headache'.Your physician has already put you on anti-migraine medicines. Naxdom may have been causing gastritis, hence nausea. You can add pantoprazole 40 mg once a day empty stomach.Propranolol may cause weight gain by unknown mechanism. You can discuss with your physician to discontinue propranolol and start some other class of prophylactic drug for migraine.PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER YOUR PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE.I hope it helps.
