Suggest Remedy For Headache In A Person Suffering Borderline Heat Exhaustion

My son experienced heat exhaustion in August. He still gets bad headaches and needs to drink lots of water to alleviate it. Also his bowel movements are still loose. He is 39. He was borderline heat stroke. Does it take a while to recover from heat exhaustion?

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your son has to be checked his blood pressure

Hypertension can lead headache

As positive history of stroke present which drug he is taking is not mentioned here

Avoid excess heat exposure... Here by dehydration from diarrhea and excess sweating can lead electrolytes imbalance, so maintain hydration with lots of water and fruits juices

Avoid stress, smoking and alcohol

Take care

Consult physician for examination
