Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having headache associated with blurring of vision, numbness of arms and fatigue.
My response to your question is as below.
These symptoms indicate an acute episode of migraine.
This requires treatment by the use of analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs in acute episode and anti-migraine drugs.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope this answers your question.
Do write back to me for further questions.
