Suggest Remedy For Headache, Dizziness And Fatigue.
I was very nauceous yesterday and had a bad headache. Soon the headache went away but I still felt nauceous. Now the next day I don t feel nauceous anymore but I have a bad headache . I feel week , dizzy , and tired throughout the whole day . Took some pain killers and still feel the same after a while . Any advice?

I have understand your concern
headache with nausea and recurret episode
mostly I feel that you may have tension headache or migraine
in migraine pt ll get other symptoms like intolerance to light and sound, feels good in quite environment
in tension headache no other symptoms, it ll come down after taking rest
I can suggest you to take tab.naxdom 500 mg twice daily for 5 days and whenever needed later
