Suggest Remedy For Head Injury And Bleeding From Nose

Hello! My 6-month old fell off my bed (about 3ft high) and he was already tired before falling, so after the fall he cried for about 10 minutes and I gave him a bottle of milk (which he drank the whole 8oz) and he fell asleep. Should I let him sleep? Oh, and he also had a little blood coming out of his nose. Thanks for any advice.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I understand your concerns but don't worry. You may monitor his pulse rate, respiration and tone at home. If there is persistent increased pulse rate, continuous bleed, poor tone, seizure, poor activity even after expected sleeping time then do visit a pediatrician for proper clinical examination and definitive management. If everything seems to be fine then there is no need for any other treatment.
Take care
