Suggest Remedy For Hair Loss Due To Hard Water

I(male) am in delhi for last 1 year.after coming here i AM WITNESSING acute hair fall.It is because of hard water as many of my friends are suffering with the same problem.as my hairs were very healthy and dense before coming here.I wud like to know could i expect this problem to get solved once i will move to the area having soft water..Is it TEMPORARY Or PERMANENT??

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
Hard water is notorious for damaging skin and hair from its high mineral content.
I suggest you following tips and treatment:
1. Install water softening machines/ filter which will reduce the mineral content of water.
2. Mix little vinegar in lukewarm water before taking bath and hairwash.
3. Take biotin rich multivitamin tablets for three months minimum to improve hair quality and strength.
4. Apply hair peptide solution daily on scalp for healthy hair ( Q SERA)
5. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner for hairwash.
5. Keep your skin well hydrated by using food moisturizer like Cetaphil and use gentle body wash for shower.
6. Use broad spectrum sunscreen every time before stepping out in sun.
7. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
