Suggest Remedy For Gum Infection Of A Tooth Post Root Canal Treatment
Hi am 35 year old. female . I had been under gone for rerootcanal for my upper teeth. now am facing an issue is that, am getting puse in the the gum which was rootcanaled one.Doctors said either they have to remove the gum flap and drain the puse. and I can go for cap for rootcanaled teeth.please suggest me.
As per your query you had root canal treatment and gum infection of a tooth post root canal treatment. This is very common to have infection, pain a few days after root canal . This pain occur due to infection , which left under the tooth even after the root canal . This infection sometimes travel in the blood stream to various part of the body. So i would suggest you to consult dentist. Dentist may do root canal again or extract the tooth depending upon the extent of infection. Capping can be done after infection subsides properly. Maintain oral hygiene. Go for scaling and root planning of tooth.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
