Suggest Remedy For Frequent Vomiting

Sir, My Son is 4 years old. He is suffering by frequent vomiting and green stool along with gas (size of abdominal is looking bigger) in last 18 hours. Ondansetrol Oral Solution and Oflaxin is given. As he is feeling so tired, one dose Potasium Soluation and frequst ORS providing him. He is unable take any liquid due vomiting tendancy. Please suggest me......

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your 4 years old son suffering from vomiting, unable to take anything orally, frequent green stools, distention of the abdomen, being given Ondensetron, Ofloxacin and yet tired.
This indicates that your son needs an admission to the hospital to have replacement of the fluids and electrolytes after proper tests of electrolytes, blood and stool.
He may need intravenous \fluids and antibiotics and treatment for the vomiting too.
