Suggest Remedy For Frequent Stomach Upset

Hi, I had gall bladder removal a few yrs ago and ever since, I have upset stomach after I eat. Sometimes it s greasy foods, so I steer away from that, but other times it s eggs, cereal, soup, etc. I have no idea why I get so sick afterwards; it s really irritating. I feel as though I can t eat like a normal person anymore. I ve tried probiotics but they don t always work. Please help!

Hello Sir,thanks for your question
Many patient after gall bladder surgery may land up with post cholecystectomy syndrome that also includes the similar symptoms as you are having.
At present
1. Start a proton pump inhibitors like rabeprzole 20mg twice daily before food
2. Avoid gap between your meals
3.avoid spicy and oily food items for few days
4. Manage some time to get a UGI endoscopy to rule out peptic ulcer disease
5 urea breath test to rule out h pylori infection

Thank you
