Suggest Remedy For Frequent Bowels & Burning Stomach Pain

Hi Doctor- I am having stomach problems from past 2-3 weeks. Initially it started with little stomach burning sensation along with frequent bowel movements. My phyisician advised Tab PAN-D along with Ofloxacin for 2 days. I was doing good,so i had some spicy food in meals. The problem resumed again and i am having bowel movements 3-4 times in 24 hours. A day back my physician advised PAN-40, O2 and Bacelac Forte. So please advice
